Description
The Armadillo Spin (アルマジロスピン) is one of the combat moves in the game Lollipop Chainsaw, unlockable by purchasing it in the Chop2Shop.zom store.
This move has Juliet perform 2 low chainsaw strikes, then leaping into the air whilst somersaulting with her chainsaw sticking out, striking all zombies a short distance in front of her.
Performance and Usefulness
It is performed with the button combination A,A,X (On Xbox360) or X, X, Square (On PS3).
Consisting solely of chainsaw strikes, this is a pure finisher move. More technical players who rely less on combos to handle everything, and more on careful use of Pom-Pom bashes and positioning to set up for group kills, will get use from this move even after unlocking higher combos, as plowing into a tightly packed group of weakened zombies with this attack will reliably achieve Sparkle Hunting combos.
That said, Armadillo Spin has limited use in regular combat, as any zombies not killed by it will be surrounding Juliet when she lands, and ready to strike during the small recovery window after the move ends.
